I don't know if it's feasible, but perhaps you could modify the code of one of those?

Hi,

I have also seen the scrolling sideboxes on other Zen Carts as well. I was interested in having one but wouldn't have a clue how to do it. If anyone could help that would be great.

Image Handler install breaks scrolling features in scrolling sideboxes..
