Orders don't show up in order list. Please Help

I'm using version 1.3.7 and today all of a sudden when someone places an order, it goes through and I get the email with order number and everything but it doesn't show up in my order list in Zen. Zen knows that the order numbers were already used but doesn't show up in the list

This just started today and I have made no changes to Zen at all recently.

If you type the orders_id in the search do you then see it?

If so, check the Modules ... Order Total ... and make sure Total ot_total is installed ...

No. I can't find the order id in the search.

Basically, people can make an order, the system knows the next order ID, the system sends the confirmation email and cc info email but nothing shows up as a pending order. I can't even find the user in the system either (if they are a new user)

Please help!!

I have a test user that I created a while ago. When I make an order with this user, It goes through fine but I get the next order that should come (if your looking at the admin). This order is 12516. I have orders up to 12520 in the emails already that don't show up in the admin. How can that be? I don't know much about DB's but this sounds strange. Why does it work for me and no one else. Maybe I'll try to create a new user and try again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go into phpMyAdmin and browse the orders table of your database ...

Do you see any of these missing orders?

I have more information. When I used the test user, the customer confirmation email told me that my Order ID was 12516. In the Admin, it told me it was 12516 but I did not get a confirmation email sent to the admin mailbox like I did with the others. This order should have been 12521.

Anyone out there?

I know. I'm trying to get my login info for Cpanel so I can get to MyAdmin. My main system is down and it's in my password vault on that system.

I hope to be able to have it up by tomorrow.
