Problems with the pd version of EasyPopulate

Anyone else have a line delimiter error using the paid version of EasyPopulate??

Before you jump on me, I have filled out support tickets, emailed back and forth with the dev. and it's been almost a month. So I'm reaching out here to see if anyone else had it come up, solved it, has ideas anything?????

I paid 115 for the add on and installation and we're dead in the water so I'm kinda desperate here.:cry::cry:

You might get better support from the site where you bought it from ...

This is really a Free support forum for Zen Cart software and the add-ons are not always the fastest for responses ... especially when you bought them from someone and they have their own support ...

Perhaps drop them another email or put in more information on the support ticket that you started with them ...

Yeah I thought it might be a long shot posting in here on the off chance that someone else ran into the same problems.. I know this is for Zen Cart. I have gone the route of of support ticket and forum post and email a few times. I guess I'll see what else I can do over there.
