Stylesheet not loading - Already checked FAQ and searched forum

As the title read. I keep getting the unformatted page with no stylesheet settings. No matter what template i change it to the page always comes up unformatted and unstyled.

I tried the .htaccess thing already and I made sure that i had the correct files in the correct places as per another post I saw in this forum when i searched

It's gotta be something else and I have NO idea what it is.

Your site is calling for the correct stylesheet, and no stylesheet is being found, either in your template folder or in /template_default/. Something must still be blocking it. Have you talked to your host yet?

Well it has the right filename. Where can i see exactly what path its calling on? I use GoDaddy BTW so do i have to call them. I CHMODed the file and everything.

Your control panel file manager can show you the filepath. I don't know what cp Godaddy uses.
When you find the filepath, post it here.

Got it. CHMOD error on the root/includes folder. I just changed it to 755. Is that safe? It was the execute not allowed for group and public.
