USPS Api

Hi,

I am having problems with the USPS shipping module.

I do have my USPS webtools account, and I did install a patch recommended here called USPS_patch_may14-2007b.

The problem is an email from the USPS telling me the following...

I do see that there are two test logs for the Rate API which is no longer a valid API. If you are developing the code yourself you will need to call RateV3.

Does anyone know what they are talking about and how I fix this problem to make the USPS people happy.
