uploaded index.php to wrong index php HELP!

Newbie here with a newbie problem. I inadvertently uploaded my zencart/index.php to my ZenCart/Admin/Index.php. Now I don't have access to my admin pages. Can this be fixed without re-installing the whole program?

Yes, just upload the correct index.php from the release package to admin/includes and everything should go back to working fine.
