Can't logon to Commercial Help ads on this forum

I can log into the forum on this site, but when I try to go to the Commercial Help Needed section, I am prompted for logon. It says I am already registered, but then loops me back to register. Any advice or who to contact?

Thanks,

Wayne

Re: Can't logon to Commercial Help ads on this forum

Are you trying to post an ad for help?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Re: Can't logon to Commercial Help ads on this forum

Kim,

Yes, I am trying to post an ad to hire someone to assist me in with Zen Cart.

I cannot access the commercial area and several other areas such as MEMBER LIST. I am currently logged in as zzzoom. When I try to access these areas, it says I do not have access and need to register, well when I try to register, a window comes up showing I am already registered.

It won't allow me to re-register because it recognizes me. Any advice?

Thanks,

Wayne

Re: Can't logon to Commercial Help ads on this forum

Kim,

I THINK I resolved the issue, kind of weird, but when I checked the box that says REMEMBER ME by the login boxes, it seems to let me access the areas that I wanted to get into.

So, I should be all set.

Thanks,

Wayne
