Zencart header still showing after replacing header.jpg

I replaced email/header.jpg with my own, but it still sends out as the Zencart header. I already set the permissions to 777!

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? :shocking:

Figuring this out is so not worth my time... so I just replaced the /header.jpg with a new file : logo.jpg and changed it to every html file in the folder.

It works now!
