confirm order message error!!!

my shipping address is the united states and my zone is set up in united states what is goin on here. bein able too process a order is like hell so far> lol!!!
im using the table rate shipping rate.

Do you have a country and zip in Configuration => Shipping/Packaging?

Is your Zone set up correctly? What happens if you leave Zone=none in the table rate?
