New users and orders don't show up in Admin
I'm reposting this due to lack of responses.
Someone please help. This is causing me major issues.
When a customer places an order, the order does not show up in the admin but I do receive the cc info email and order confirmation email. The system knows the next order number but I cannot even find it in search. If the order is placed by a new user, I can't even find the new user in the admin.
