Need help with Attribute Settings

I've been searching for literally 2 hours and have not found the answer on this forum as there are just way too many threads so please excuse me if this has been answered.

I currently have a product which is at ZERO dollars and "Products Priced by Attributes" set to "YES". Now I have 3 attributes under that product which is 2 oz bag, 5 oz bag, and 1 case of 12 bags. So as you can guess that each attribute will be a differently price.

How can I set a special for the "1 case of 12 bags" 10% off. From what I have found, there is no way to set specials on atrributes or discounts on attributes. Is there another way around this?

If you have these as radio buttons - add one named "cased special 10% off" then you can display the normal case one when you want and reset to the special one for those times that you want to offer this special

Why didn't I think of that? All this time I am trying to tinker with the settings to allow this systematically.
