Google Sitemaps HEADING_TITLE error

I have installed and double checked my install for correcteness and when I click on Tools > XML Sitemaps all I see is the following:

HEADING_TITLETEXT_GOOGLESITEMAP_OVERVIEW_HEAD TEXT_GOOGLESITEMAP_OVERVIEW_TEXT TEXT_GOOGLESITEMAP_INSTRUCTIONS_HEAD TEXT_GOOGLESITEMAP_INSTRUCTIONS_STEP1 TEXT_GOOGLESITEMAP_INSTRUCTIONS_STEP2

How do I correct this? Thanks!

Gulity as charged... wrong directory. All seems to be working!

Question...

Will all 130 sitemaps it created end up in the google account for me to track or will I have to add each one manually? If not how do I verify they made it to google? I ask because I get the following:

" Your Sitemap has been successfully added to our list of Sitemaps to crawl. If this is the first time you are notifying Google about this Sitemap, please add it via http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps so you can track its status. Please note that we do not add all submitted URLs to our index, and we cannot make any predictions or guarantees about when or if they will appear. "
