Shipping PA to Ontario not estimating or allowing checkout

Hello,

I've searched the forums and apologize if I've missed the answer to this.

I have a customer in Canada that wants to order, but the shipping isn't working for him. He went to use the estimator, but it came up with no results for his zip code, although the drop down has all the countries. He decided to check out anyway but it wouldn't let him proceed without shipping cost.

I only offer USPS.

Could you point me in the right direction for this setting I'm missing?

Do you have the upgrade to USPS for May 14th server changes?

You might peek at this thread on the latest release of Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 which includes this plus other fixes ...
