USA ePAY Errors

Anyone know what would cause these erros with USA ePAY?

**Transaction ID:40739013Type:SaleStatus:**Error ()**Auth Code:****Avs Result:**No AVS response (Typically no AVS data sent or swiped transaction)**CVV2 Result:**No CVV2/CVC data available for transaction.

I am having the very same problem. Got all the latest installs.

Does anyone have a solution? The Google doesn't seem to have any idea.
