Adding Excises, Ecotaxes, two way packaging

When selling alcoholic products to wholesalers one is confronted with excises, ecotaxes, two way packaging.

These need to be added to the base price of the product to have the selling price.
On this selling price the VAT is calculated.

Excises are calculated based on the alcohol % in the product
Ecotaxes are calculated on the packaging of the product e.g on the bottles or the carton of the packaging
two way packaging : when using a two way packaging a sort of bond needs to be paid, that warrants the customer sending the two way packaging back to the supplier. This also is calculated based on the bottles used etc.

All of these I can pre-calculate but how can I bring them in zen-cart in such a way that when displaying the total price on e.g. the invoice it displays =

subtotal1 : xxxx
excises : xxxx
ecotax : xxxx
bond : xxxx
subtotal2 : xxxx
VAT : xxx
Total : xxxx

Anybody an idea how to bring this in Zencart ?
