Additional images not working

Hi urgent help needed to finish site

I have image handler 2 installed and also lightbox which all works well apart from the fact that when I add additional images via image handler I see them in all there relevent sizes etc in the admin area but they do not show up in the cart ? and I dont get the next prev buttons in light box to view them

any help would be great

OK I will give it a go but what you are saying is that adding additional images via image handler does do the job for you but surly it should? or why have that feature

Was this a mis entry? IH2 does what it should but for additionals you need to do the naming correctly as the IH2 mod can not create these on the fly - you have to use the naming convention to allow this to function but only for the base additional image

Template Monster template? Yes, their designers are known for removing/disabling core functionality.

It appears you have a purchased template. And, right now, you have the IMH2 turned off. It would not be unusual to find that the makers of the template have changed or not kept up with the coding for the additional images. Make sure you've used the proper naming convention, clear the bmz cache and see what happens.

I can't help with the problem you asked about, but a couple of things jumped out at me that are under your control:

Do you have any idea how hard it is to read a long block of all caps like your description for the "HERITAGE 600 EB 3 BIRTH Year 2000"?

And, I suppose the spelling standard might be different in the UK, but "berth" is the correct spelling for a sleeping space.

now the additional images show up at the bottom of the page but lightbox and IH2 only work on the additional image not the main one?

the spelling anf font are just there to try and get the cart functioning before filling with live products

OK things are looking up

additional images are now working

lightbox is now working

the only probelm I now have is IH2 is only working on some image not all

ie the hover works on additionl images but not the main one but it works on all images in he speacails

When you get to a product page IMH2 presents you with the Medium image for the product and the thumbnails for the additional. By default, IMH2 will not expand medium images to large.

IH2 is not working on product pages where the image is not medium but even when they are small no hover yet is still works on additional images?

This looks to be a commercial template by Template Monster or one of their affiliates.

Search here for template monster - you sould find the this is a template issue or mostly....

Re-read the IH2 documentation as it functions with a specific set of images but I tend to believe that this is most probably template related.

You can check by switching to the classic template(might have to include module files in this template) and see if the issues exist - if not then it is a template issue and you will have to get with the provider of the template for a solution
