Order not coming through with e-check payment

Someone placed an order on my site tonight, paying through paypal with e-check. The order that was placed did not show up in my orders on zen cart at all. I Know i saw a setting recently that gave the option of being notified of the order upon final payment, or upon pending payment, and now i cannot find that option anywhere.

Hopefully that's the reason this order didn't show up, I can't think of anything else that would cause it. Any orders that come in with instant payment come through fine.

by the way, i have installed the June 17th patch, uninstalled and reinstalled paypal IPN from my payment modules, but still don't see the PDT option. I do have it turned on in paypal and have the token #, just nowhere to enter it in zen admin.

Did you install and remove PayPal Express too?

Try that and see if that doesn't help on this ...

I'm not using paypal express at all so no I have not.

Now on the upgrade from 1.3.7 to 1.3.7.1 is it going to mess up any mods I have? I've spent alot of time on this and would hate to have to start from scratch lol.

However, if you carefully re-read the instructions ... it says Remove both ... Install Both ... Get rid of what you are not using ... Configure what you are using ...

well, i've just 1. reinstalled the patch to make sure i got everything in the right spot. 2. Uninstalled PayPal IPN in the Zen Admin modules. 3. Installed then Uninstalled Paypal express in Zen admin modules. 4. Reinstalled PP IPN and PP Exp. 5. Disabled PP Express. 6. Went to edit my settings in zen's admin/payment modules for PP IPN, and Still do not see a place to enter the PDT token. Not sure where I'm going wrong, been at this over an hour.

Best to fully Remove vs Disable the modules when they are not being used ...

Thanks Dr Byte, I don't have that option there for PDT. I've even reinstalled the patch thinking I missed something there, but still nothing and followed the directions to the T.

:oops: Never mind I got it now. Like a moron I installed the patch in the WRONG directory!!
