How to remove product detail links, etc.

Sorry if this has already been answered: I have a very simple store and want to remove the links to the products in the index product list (I don't want users to be able to get to any product detail).

Also, I want to place the PRICE and the ADD fields on the same line (on the index product list).

One more thing: is there any way to change the item name text color for each item?

Are the only people that will visit you going to know exactly what you sell? I look at it and it is all greek to me ...

This is not the main page- just the catalog. After viewing the main page people will know what they are purchasing.
