Has anyone done a GoDaddy install?

I am thinking of switching from a windows to a Linux server on Godaddy. Has anyone recently done this? Is GoDaddy's Linux server ok to run Zen on?

Is there/if any difference in installing on a Linux server any different than a windows?

Any tips would help before i take the plunge.

My sites are on Linux servers with GoDaddy! NO PROBLEMS.
