Setting up zones for different products.

I don't have all of my products that I am selling at one zip code.

What I am wanting to do, is be able to put certain products in a certain zone, so that they will calculate shipping from area code 1 and then have other products in a different zone that will calculate shipping from area code 2, and so on.

How do I set this up?
