New Products title Bar Change

I am setting up a site that is selling seminars. I would like to change the word Product on the "New Products for XXXX month" to Read New Seminars for XXX month" Where can I go to change the word product on this title bar.

Yopu can find any text by using the admin > tools > developers tool kit > last box on left > enter the current text > in the drop down select all catalog files > search

A list of the files and line #'s will be presented and you are looking for a "defines" statement with the text wrapped in single quotes - just change the text inside the single quotes retaining them.

Is the title on the box text? the content is dynamic because it says new products for july. The thing is that is if search "new products for july" I am not getting a result because I am sure that the code is written new product for ........... something that is not a specific month.

Any ideas. I did try the search.

As this includes a varible "month" you will not find the phrase with the month so try searching "new products for" or "new products"
