Is it possible to manually add Google Checkout Buttons?

Hello. I would like to manually add google checkout buttons rather than use the google checkout payment module. When I tested this it adds to the regular Zen-Cart shopping cart rather than bringing the customer to Google Checkout. Is there a work around for this? I appreciate any help. Thanks

Zen Cart is a shopping cart,

it adds the items to the cart then the user can choose to hit the google checkout button,

I apologize if my post was unclear. I had the google checkout module installed but it wasn't calculating my shipping. I use the MZMT shipping module as I ship from Japan via EMS. What I want to do is create my own buttons and insert them into the description of my items so its basically the same thing as having the google checkout module. The problem I am having is when I click on the google checkout button it adds the item to the zen-cart instead. I want my customers to have the choice between the two.
Thanks

I guess if you really wanted to kill the function of the zen cart then you could

turn the store into a showcase only in admin

then in product description add a button that you create at google for each product.

it will be either one or the other and using th egoogle checkout buttons will not pass the mzmt shipping information either

you will have to set shipping at google

seems like alot of overkill to use the zen cart as a place to display items to use on googles cart engine...

Thanks but you missed what I am attempting to do. I am not trying to kill the function of the zen cart. The Google Checkout module does not work with my shipping module so in an effort to still offer Google Checkout as an option I want to manually insert the buttons. This is IN ADDITION to the normal checkout through zen-cart which I have in place to accept payment via Credit Cards. Again the google checkout module is not working for me with my shipping method so I want to add the buttons myself. Adding the buttons myself is no problem....the problem is after I insert the buy it now button when the GOOGLE CHECKOUT BUTTON is clicked it adds the item to the zen-cart shopping cart. I hope that makes sense.

Re: Is it possible to manually add Google Checkout Buttons?

I guess you need someone smarter than me,

to me its simple you either use the zen cart functions or you create individual product buttons at google like happens at paypal,

and then when someone hits a button it takes them to googles checkout and shopping engine,

I appreciate you trying to help me but it's o.k. What I am attempting to accomplish is not registering with you. Thanks again. I welcome any advice from anyone who gets what I am trying to do here.

no it registers with me,
you want when someone hits a buy product button that it goes to google,

and adds it to their shopping cart.

and to do that you need to create a button for EACH product ( I believe this works just like paypal ) and add the code thats created at google to your product description page......
