Clear all items in the cart

Is there a way that someone ordering from a catelogue can remove all items from the cart by jusy clicking 1 button? I know they can delete each itme n the cart, but is there a way they can clear all item at once?

You would need to add a button or link where it would run the reset cart for that customer ...
