In the zc_install folder of the Zen Cart files, there is a file named "techsupp.php".
Can you upload that file to your site and either post a link to it, or run it from your browser and paste the output here?

Sorry to jump into this thread, but I just had a quick question. Where is the zc _install folder? I'm following the steps suggested to make my store safer, and it said to delete that folder. I looked for it but didn't see it. Thanks!

If you deleted this then you will have to use the one from the distribution that I suppose is on your local - I normally rename this folder to a cryptic name over deleting it.

I didn't delete it, at least I don't think I did.

But I wasn't even sure where to find it, I don't see it on my server...

Did you install this manually or use fantastico or another automated install script to install it for you?

I used fantastico through my hosting company. It's an auto-install.

(of course I spent lots of hours customizing/configuring the whole thing, but that's another matter) :wink:

This is why you do not see this as the install script deletes it for you.
Get the like version distribution from the link on the home page here in the header
and expand it to your local and ftp the zc_install folder to your host if you might need this in the future but not if you are just looking to delete it...

Ok, thanks. I'll go do the other steps in the tutorial, hopefully what I want to do won't be too tricky.
