Re: Help to center images

Hi shynee

I've spent some time trying to do this through CSS for just one of your boxes and just couldn't get there. Even the progress that I made on that box, didn't work on the other one! I doubt that it is feasible without exceptionally complex CSS, and what it really needs is a re-writing of some of the template (actually the whole template).

As you know this is a Template Monster template. They have a bad reputation anyway, but I have been shocked at how poorly this one is constructed. For example I found the same class, .dc, being used at three different levels of the page's hierarchy. A real rookie error.

Looking at the screenshot on the Template Monster site (since the live demo falls over), I see that the design does not allow for images in the sideboxes. Perhaps this is why it has been so poorly implemented.

I'm sorry, I really wish I could have given better news.

Re: Help to center images

You sound much calmer than I was after attempting this yesterday. I was absolutely boiling at the thought that they could have designed and sold a template in this state.

I guess I was also angry because usually I measure the time to respond to CSS questions in minutes or seconds - this one would have need to be measured in hours - a mark of just how poorly constructed the template is, but it left me feeling defeated as well :censored:

As this realistically requires a code change - have you logged a ticket with their support guys?
