File Upload Attribute Numbering Messed Up

I have an attribute option for each candy wrapper listed on my web site where the customer can upload their photo to add to their candy wrapper. For some reason, this feature has stopped working properly and I don't know why *(although sometime back I had deleted some of the first images that were uploaded...so maybe this had something to do with it???) * For whatever reason, I don't have a clue as to how to fix it.

An example would be the current order will tell me that the customer has uploaded a photo for their wrapper and the image is **"96.jpg". **When I go to /images/uploads folder, the last image uploaded is numbered **"87.jpg". **

Is there a way to reset the numbering for uploading files?

Much thanks!

Re: File Upload Attribute Numbering Messed Up

If you make an order now ... does the value of the image match your order?

Do you get any errors?

Has anything changed on your site?

What version Zen Cart are you running?

Re: File Upload Attribute Numbering Messed Up

Ajeh, I'm totally puzzled now.... I hadn't tried placing an order myself and using the upload tool until I read your post.

On my fake order, the image uploaded successfully and it was in the upload folder along with ALL of the missing images!

Now I'm wondering if maybe it was a hickup with my FTP program...

Anyway, apparently it's working! Sorry for the false alarm! How embarrasing!
