Can a customer with 2 accounts be merged?

I have a customer with two different customer profiles, and she has ordered under both of them.

My questions:

  1. Is there a way to merge the two accounts so that she just has one account, that includes her order history?

  2. If not...if I delete one of the accounts (so that she only has one account), so that also delete the orders made by that account, in my order history?

You would need to go through the order tables and change all of the customers_id to match the one you are keeping ...

Backup before making any changes like this to the database tables such as:
orders
products_notifications
reviews
