Synchronizing zen cart with home page

I want to make my home page and zen cart match, of course, but also want some of the features zen cart has on it, such as the sideboxes. But I need the home page links to change as I change them on the Admin., such as the different folders for products. What should I do to make this happen?

Re: Synchronizing zen cart with home page

Put your home page HTML into define_main_page.php (and disable header/sidebars for home page as required in tpl_main_page.php).

This is the capsule description, of course... the actual process will be more detailed depending on exactly what you want.
