How do I put a drop down box for 1 product but lots of diff scents

Had a friend refer me to Zen, I am slowly learning the lingo here but still confused on many things.
First, How do I make a drop down box for 1 single item, but many different fragrances?

Check out the Setting Up Products and Attributes section of the FAQ/tutorials, especially How do I add attributes to my products?
