table rate, how to handle international shipping

Hi,

I used to use zone rate but installed Google checkout module recently and it doesn't support zone rate so I switched to table rate. The problem is the international customers get the same rate as US customers. Please help.

I would like to have an answer to this problem as well. I currently have a table rate setup, but I would like to be able to charge the international customers a little more. Is this possible?
