Missing top border of sideboxes

Missing top border of sideboxes

Can anyone look at this site...

www.toolman.com.au

and tell me why the TOP BORDER of the sidebox's could be missing?

The top of the sidebox's is an image, and this image file was on the test server.
When the site went LIVE, the image still worked as the test server was still online. The image disappeared once i took down the test server....so i just had to change the IMG SRC code to point to the LIVE server :)
