no need for coupons in checking out

everytime my costumers buy something, and procede to check out, in the step 2 of 3, they have to input the coupon code. since I do not use coupons in the store, whee can deactivate this part of the checking out process???

Go to Admin > Modules > Order Totals and remove Discount Coupon.

I did that, but there is a problem

when I edit the coupon, in the panel on the right side I have no option for false!

this is what is written:

there is no button for false.
I think that I know why: maybe in my translation, I made a mistake and translated the word false, when I was supposed to leave it untranslated.

now, I just have to find where I did that! :blink:

Editing changes how the coupons work. You don't want them to work at all, so you don't to "edit" them, you "remove" them.

yes, this was my first thought.
but, I realised that some things, especially in computer programs are better off if not erased! :P
if I delete it, is there a way to put it back again?

Yes. If you remove it, the remove and edit buttons will be replaced by an install button, that will allow you to put it back just as easily.
