Right Sidebox's disapeared??

Hey. I was visiting my site, and went into the admin to update a couple of products etc... and when I returned to my site, all my right sidebox's had disapeared except one,
'Quick Reorder'.

I then went back to my homepage, and now all the right hand sideboxs have disapeared, please help?

I turned off paypal_logo.php in my template boxs. I believe that was causing the problem.
