How Do I Create Discounts for Multiple Attributes?

I can't imagine that I'm the only one who's ever had this problem; maybe I'm just not searching the right terms...

I've got a product that has multiple attributes. Each attribute is equally priced at $45. If the customer chooses 4 of them I want to offer them at $35 each; 7 of them, at $25 each, etc.

This isn't multiple units of the same item, which would be Quantity Discounts in the Price Manager.

It also isn't multiple quantities of the same attribute which would be Attribute Qty Price Discount.

It's multiple attributes on one product, where the more attributes are chosen, the less each one costs individually:

1-3 Attribute = $45 each
4-6 Attributes = $35 each, for ex. $140 for 4
7+ Attributes = $25 each, for ex. $175 for 7

This is something I need to do as well. I have a product with 2 attributes, $45 each. If both are purchased they need to be $80. I could make it 2 separate products but that's not really desired in this case.
