"Add to Cart / Buy it Now" unavailablele

Working on a site for friend of the family:
https://www.vdmfabrics.com/zen-cart

Problem is there is no option to actually buy any of the products we will be offering. You can browse through them, but how do you get a buy it now option to come up?

Try admin > Configuration > Customer Details > Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices.
