default sort order by price WITH matrix mod

default sort order by price WITH matrix mod

Has anyone managed to get the default sort order for product list to work for the MATRIX ie column_layout_grid mod?

For some reason I cannot get it to work at all - I want price ASC but even when hard coding into this file that does seem to work either?

Anyone managed this or am I just being daft?

OK I have clicked the "update price sorter" in store manager and that worked BUT its now displaying highest prices first! argh I wnat lowest

changed from 5a (worked but highest first) then changed to 5d and nothing happened :(

even doing "update price sorter" again after change to 5d hasn't worked

it is 5d I am supposed to try not other letter?

5a appears to sort your Products by price from low to high ...

Hi Ajeh, yes I changed to ROW display and it works fine - COLUMN display and it doesn't - but customer changed their mind on look so not an issue
