eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

The feeders have no affect on the catalog. So those second errors must be something else.

Can you try the patched file I listed above for p.products_ebay ebay.php???

That is weird because my site was at 100% functionallity and I did make a complete database backup before I installed the mod. There must be something that is interferring with the display of products and information. I will look more into it.

These are the steps I took.

  1. Unzipped files.
  2. Uploaded files minus the unneccessary ones
  3. Opened the instal.sql file copied contents and pasted them into sql upload in the admin and ran them.
  4. Then went setting up the parameters in the configuration section.
  5. Ran the file generator and got the errors

I then went to my site and then I got the other errors and the site was down with no products or formatting showing up.

I then used the undelete.sql file and removed the sql that i added which did not fix the web page display problems.

I then restored my database back to its previous state and all was okay.

That as a step by step process. I hope that helps some.

I am making a complete site backup right now so after that is done I will use your other file in conjunction with TL2.0 and see what happens.

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

I installed the mod.
Blank page in my configuration section appears.
Also a error message when trying to generate the csv which points to line 252 at root/ebay.php
if (EBAY_ASA == 'false') {

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

By the way I realized I was using an older version when I was checking out your website and saw that you have 0.99 on your downloads section.

In the downloads section of zen-cart the version 0.96 is still up which is how I found out about this mod in the first place.

I am going to try your updated mod and with the other addon and I will give you the update in a little while.

I did what you suggested with the updated version of ebay exporter 0.99.

this is the error I got when I ran the feed generator

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in C:\xampp\htdocs\biaf_actual\ebay.php on line 254

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

Hey that got it to work..

I created a duplicate of my working store on my local office computer and this was the results I got after adding in the additional "="

eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter v.0.99 25.10.2007 10:30 started 2007/10/30 09:31:16
Feed file - C:\\\\\\\\xampp\\\\\\\\htdocs\\\\\\\\biaf_actual/feed/ebay.csv
Processing: Feed - Yes, Upload - No
eBay File Complete In 6.983754 Seconds 1870 Records

And the file looked great. I have a few suggestion about the file output if your interested or if you want you can look at this file template that I received from ebay's File Exchange Program. I have included the excel format, cvs format and the pdf instruction. If hope this is helpful if not please forgive me for being presumptuous. I also believe that if you provided customer filed where a user could name the category to be included and possibly name what will be included in that category and where to include that category in the file output so that it will be adaptive for users using the product specifics.

I would be willing to provide a donation to help your time for this module.

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

What is this file exchange? Looks similar to Turbo Lister import specifications...

For your second question, I would recommend using the category filters in the eBay configuration and create separate files for each category.

Its basically the turbolister or sale manager pro in a cvs format and your able to upload directly in that format.

The eBay Exporter already exports in CSV format...

The format I used is from a Turbo Lister exported file!

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

I understand that but there slightly different. You are exporting from a zencart site to load into turbolister and the file exchange is ready to be loaded once exported directly into ebay for live auctions.

There are few subtle difference in the two formats. Thats why i uploaded the files for you to look at. Its not a big deal, it was only to help you make a well rounded file generator, not to insult you. Your doing a great job and my hat off to you. Sorry if I cme across that way.

No, I'm not taking it negatively at all. Is there a problem with the current format? When you manually add information to the new format, do you have less errors?

Hello,

I have the mod installed and the options set and I ran the file generator and keep getting these errors

And on my website I get these errors on the top of the page

What can it be. I have your 2 other modules installed. Google Feeder and LPS Feeder. Could these 3 be conflicting with each other?

I had similar errors on my website and this fixed them:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpost.php?p=454362&postcount=91

Hopefully, it will work for you too.

Cheers,
Alex

Try reinstalling the install.sql file again, and make sure at the top of your admin you see the statement appear in that says "8 Statements Processed Succussefully" in a light green bar.

Not sure how you installed the the sql statements so I will just list the steps here.

  1. Open the install.sql file and copy all of the contents.
  2. Log in to your admin of your zen cart site. Go to Tools>Install SQL Patches of your admin and paste the sql file contents there.
  3. Once the contents are visible in the txt field click the send and the sql file will be loaded.

Hope this helps

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

I installed ebay exporter v0.99b and so far it seems to work fine. Did you run the SQL file by copying and pasting in Admin > Tools > Install SQL patches? It looks like the ebay exporter stuff hasn't been inserted into the configuration table. You can check this using phpmyadmin. Hope this helps.

Re: eBay Turbo Lister 2.0 Exporter Support Thread

Well, i uninstall using the code provided on "uninstall.sql", and try to install again, but after paste the code and send it, it gives me this error (always the same error)

8 statements processed.
ERROR: Cannot insert configuration_key "" because it already exists
Warning Note: 1 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details.

I don't know what i'm making wrong. How i can resolve it?

Thanks for all.
