Strange problem with zen cart - Admin preview problems after Access db load

DrByte:

This is a lengthy process, but it's where I'd recommend checking things out ... it may or may not reveal anything. It'd be good if you are able to include your .htaccess files in your download.

Ok I am not exactly sure what the problem is but I have tried copying everything to another server and it works fine.

I dont know if this is because .htaccess files did not copy or what but now I am going to try deleting everything and reuploading and if there is still a problem then just use the other server.

Thanks you very much for your help Dr Byte - I suggest anyone who has this problem try the above.

problem now sorted by host provider

The problem you were getting was due to mod_security restriction , check the following logs to confirm.

[Wed Aug 22 13:39:44 2007] [error] [client 59.165.154.195] mod_security: Access denied with redirect to [/]. Pattern match "<(.|\\n)+>" at POST_PAYLOAD [id "XSS_Check"] [severity "EMERGENCY"] [hostname " www.worldoftoys.ltd.uk"] [uri "/store/admin/product.php?cPath=6&product_type=1&pID=48&action=n ew_product_preview&page=1"]

I have released the restriction for your domain
still strange how it worked for some records and not others
