Customer Order Info Mixup

We've had narry a problem with our Zencart since installation. However this morning I received an email from customer "A" who received an order confirmation email for customer "B". When I checked the order, "A" shows up as the customer, but the shipping address is for customer "B". The actual order is for the customer "B". I do not see customer "A" order at all.

So far this seems to be the only mixup with any orders.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? Can you tell me how serious a problem it is, and of course any solutions or suggestions. Thanks.

Re: Customer Order Info Mixup

You may want to find out how customer b got to the site,
they might havecome in on someone elses session ID,

this is why you never post session ID ... don't post links to your site containing the &zenid=xxxxxx part.

you can go into admin -> configuration -> sessions -> set re-create sessions to true

I understand what you're saying as far as the general principle of the session ID. Don't think any of our links use the zenid=xxx but I'll check what I can. I also changed the admin config per your suggestion. Thanks.

Perhaps customer "A" posted somewhere with a link that contained the zenid.
