Sub total, tax, and shipping with linkpoint

It would be nice if the linkpoint gateway support would send actual tax and shipping info to the linkpoint system. Right now it just sends the entire total over and my customers get receipts that say 0 tax and 0 shipping even if there was tax and shipping.
