atribute for adding fee no matter how many products u add to cart

Hi all,
I want to add an attribute radio box to a product because it is a monthly service after purchasing the product. Now i have the product and price setup. I want to add a one time fee to this. but when i do it, it removes the option to add more than one same product in the cart? why is this?

any help is greatly appreciated

never mind i had the not show quantity box checked in the products category thingy. its all fixed. LOL
