Adding email sending options on order confirmation page

Hello,

Is there a way to add a pull-down menu (that lists options for which sales rep to send the customer's order to) on the final (Step 3 of 3) Order Confirmation page that would direct the completed order to go to a specific person and email address? The Contact Us page is almost exactly what I'm looking for...

Thanks for any help!
