Not receiving newsletters

I have been testing the E-mail function. I am able to send emails to my test customer however when I try to send a test newsletter this is what I get:

The newsletter is not received by the Test Customer...
Has anyone seen this problem; I have gone through my configurations and nothing stands out as a problem.

Are you sending plain Text or HTML with images?

HTML with images.

That appears to be a corrupted image. Try reloading the images.

I can try that but it is the same image I send with all other emails (header.gif) which all send without issue. I will however give that a try.

Does this happen only when sending to "one" recipient?
Is the recipient a customer, or an administrator?
What version of PHP are you using?
Do you have gzip enabled in Admin->Configuration->GZip Compression ?
Does your PHP configuration have output-buffering enabled by default? (see php-info section in Admin->tools->Server Info)
What version of Zen Cart?
What contributions/addons have you installed?

1. This happens only when sending newsletters; all other e-mail send correctly. Have not tried multiple customers as I have only one test customer configured.
2. I have tried both; customer and administrator.
3. PHP version is 5.0.4
4. GZip is enabled
5. Output_buffering = 4096
6. Zencart version 1.3.7
7. No contributions/addons installed

Try this:

1. Create a new newsletter, with only "Test 2" as the subject, and "Testing email" as the text-only message body, and "<strong>this is bold</strong> text as a test" for the HTML message body.
   What happens when you try to send it?

2. Turn off GZip compression ... set it to 0
   What happens when you send newsletters now? (the one with graphics, and also the one without graphics)

Turning off GZip Compression seems to have worked.
