Consolidate/Assign orders to different user accounts

Is it possible to assign orders to different users?

There are a few customers who have created several accounts, and they would like to consolidate all their orders under one account and then delete the other accounts.

You'd have to manually edit the orders table in the database and change the customer number associated with the orders.
