HELP - SALE NOT WORKING (or I am just dumb)

I have advertised a 15% off sale on bowls and treat jars etc. on the website, but, some of them come in different sizes and the discount is not taken at checkout - I just had a customer order and the 15% was not taken off of their product - can anyone help??!!!! I can't imagine how many sales I have lost on this problem, but, nobody has brought it to my attention until now....I have analytics and see people looking at the bowls and treat jars and even going into checkout, but, loss of sales - I am sick about it!!
If you would like to test please order from the site - choose
MONEY ORDER/CHECK as your method of payment and please identify yourself as a zen cart tester in the order comments.

How do you have the Sale setup?

Example 10% Sale:
Deduction: 10.0000 Percent
Pricerange: $1.00 to $1,000.00
Specials Condition: Apply SaleDeduction to Specials Price - Otherwise Apply to Price

Make sure the Attributes are set to:

Apply Discounts Used
by Product Special/Sale: YES
