I'm using plzhost, and the guy whose email I have for supprt help hasn't replied. I contacted him 4 days ago now!Hopefully your earlier complaint was therefore just a one-off problem. It certainly sounds like the commitment to service is there.

I have been following this post with interest. Really pleased the problem was sorted out and that support for newbies, from an established Zenner was provided. Being a newbie myself, such lifelines are invaluable.

I can't remember, actually- it's probably best to contact your provider, as I remember it not being obvious when I looked.
