Great Products sidebox not updating

My site has been live for some weeks now. Originally made on my local machine and uploaded with subsequent product and category updates.
I notice that the Great Products box is only showing my literacy products and the ones shown never seem to vary!
The problem is it is not updating and taking account of all my products. Presumably I may have configured it like this but how and where?
I have lots more questions about my site but one step at a time to total zenlightenment!
