Help with UK currency symbol?

Can anyone advise me on getting the UK pound symbol to show. Have settings as below but still shows in USD$ ?

Does your GB Pound have this defined?

yes it does. I have an example item in Catagory:Radiators for £15 but the shop puts it up as $32.12 which is the conversion price. look here-

I don't understand that, the settings see correct. I have searched for a solution but cannot find one?

to
define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'GBP');
