Zen Lightbox trouble

I have two issues with the great Zen Lightbox mod...

Firstly, if I click a product image before the whole page has finished loading, the the large version of the image opens as a normal picture in a separate browser window - if I wait for the page to load completely it works as it should.

Secondly, I now get the "Click Image to Close" text (with a javascript:window.close() link) at the very bottom of all my product pages.

Does anyone know how I can fix these problems please?

The first issue should be resolved by installing the latest version of Zen Ligthbox (1.4).

I'm not too sure what is causing the second issue. Do you have a link to your website I could look at?
