Problem with sidebox borders, FF and IE

Hi all,

please take a look at https://www.clickyshop.com.

The first issue I have is concerning the borders:
In FF the bottom borders from the sideboxes are missing. In IE I can see them...where do I have to make changes to fix this?

The second problem I have is concerning the Scrolling Specials Sidebox on the right side (in sanish it says ***Ofertas (mas)
***In FF it works as it should, but in IE I can see the images all way down?
Any fix for this?
